SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Full Time, London)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Cole Buxton. As a rapidly growing brand in the sportswear industry, we're dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers. We are looking for someone to help us elevate and promote our brand on social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Curate high-quality content including images, videos, and captions that align with our brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to optimise content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms, including their features, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop compelling content and interpret data to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sportswear and a genuine interest in staying connected with the latest trends in the industry.

SALES ASSISTANT - SELFRIDGES (Full-Time, London)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing outstanding customer service and generating sales
  • Maintain, price and display items for sale

  • Processing admin duties such as customer transactions and stock control

FOOTWEAR PRODUCT DEVELOPER (Full Time, West London)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and motivated Footwear Product Developer to join our expanding team and support our Footwear Design Director. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, and ultimately make a significant impact within the growing Footwear department.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Execute product specification based on the Designers’ guidelines that accurately detail the makeup of the product components
  • Ensure the product specifications reflect the target prices of the products to deliver appropriate FOB costs
  • Responsible for the initial price negotiations with suppliers and recommending how to reach the agreed targets
  • Ensure the components specified in all products meet the quality standards of the brand
  • Working closely with the factories and taking ownership of all the stages of product sampling, and approval to specifications within the seasonal timelines
  • Constantly monitor the status of ongoing developments, sample requests and testing, and chasing where necessary
  • Manage and share all quality control feedback with the factories and provide solutions to issues that may arise to avoid ongoing quality problems 
  • Provide technical input to ensure the design, technical and athletic needs of the product are met
  • Manage a library of sealed samples for the business to reference products to final specifications 
  • Ensure accurate, clear and relevant communication across our marketing, sales, e-commerce, supply chain and stakeholders
  • Build winning partnerships with our suppliers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Product Development or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of footwear development experience  
  • Good understanding of the footwear development and manufacturing process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and continual innovation ability 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-orientated with strong organisational skills 
  • Self-motivated and ability to drive teamwork 
  • Ability to commit to tight deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and general knowledge of the Creative Suite
  • Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 
  • Availability to travel internationally as required 
  • Previous experience in an international sports or footwear company 
  • Understanding of 3D Design - Ability to lead 3D prototyping and local manufacturing process
