CREATIVE PRODUCER (Full-Time, West London)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cole Buxton is looking for a highly organised, proactive Creative Producer to lead and elevate our creative production output. This role sits at the centre of our brand storytelling—owning the planning, execution, and delivery of all shoots, while contributing creatively to ensure everything meets our exacting standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Production Leadership

  • Working with head of creative across all shoots—from concept through to final delivery
  • Build, manage, and maintain detailed shoot timelines and schedules
  • Act as the driving force behind getting shoots executed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Instigate and lead production meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned

Planning & Coordination

  • Work closely with Product Development to track product readiness and align shoot schedules accordingly
  • Identify what needs to be shot, when, and how—balancing campaign, e-commerce, and reactive content needs
  • Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise

Shoot Execution

  • Book and manage all shoot requirements including models, talent, locations, photographers, stylists, food, accommodation and freelancers etc
  • Oversee on-set production, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget
  • Confidently deliver both high-end campaign shoots and fast-turnaround, low-budget content

Creative Contribution

  • Collaborate with the creative team, contributing ideas and ensuring output aligns with brand vision
  • Maintain a strong point of view and high taste level across all visual output

Budgeting & Resource Management

  • Build and manage budgets for individual shoots and oversee annual production budgets
  • Allocate resources effectively without compromising on quality

Network & Talent

  • Leverage a strong network of creatives, talent, and locations
  • Continuously source and introduce new collaborators to keep output fresh and elevated

  • Exceptionally organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experienced in producing both premium campaigns and agile content shoots
  • Strong industry network across creatives, talent, and production resources
  • High creative taste level with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident communicator, able to align multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality—someone who pushes projects forward without waiting to be asked
  • Degree in Fashion, Product Development or a related field.
