SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer a range of shipping options depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order and where your delivery address is.

All orders over £300 are shipped free of charge.
All orders are tracked so you can track your items in real time depending on the courier.
IMPORT DUTY
EU orders are sent with the duty paid. So, there are no extra charges.
When importing items from outside of the UK, a customs inspection is sometimes requested. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.
Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
Please note that you will always be responsible for paying any import charges.
SIZING AND PRODUCT FIT
How do I choose the right size?
We know that getting the perfect fit is important. All product pages include a sizing guide with detailed measurements. We also list the model’s height and the size they are wearing when possible. All of our items are oversized so with t-shirts and hoodies if you are unsure then choose the size down than you normally would. With pants and shorts generally size up.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & CHECKOUT PROCESS
What payment methods do you accept?
At Cole Buxton we accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Revolut, Klarna, and Clearpay. Shopify tends to promote Shopify payments. If you wish to checkout using an alternative payment method then in the checkout in shipping methods you can select ‘Alternative payment methods’ for access to more options.
Klarna and Clearpay allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over a number of months.
I experienced a delay or unexpected error at checkout. What can I do?
During busy periods such as product drops our website may experience longer load times. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation via email. This ensures your order has been received and is being processed.
STOCK AVAILABILITY & ORDER ISSUES
What happens if an item goes out of stock while I’m shopping or if the basket gets cleared?
Our most popular pieces sell out quickly. We continuously restock, so if an item becomes unavailable it may be available again soon. We recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications where available. Once you are on the waiting list we will inform you via email when the item is back in stock.
I noticed a product on the website but it’s not available in my size or color - what can I do?
Our inventory is updated in real time. If you don’t see the size or color you want then register for the re-stock email. If and when the item becomes available again we will let you know via email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy and how do I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a clear and easy returns process - you simply ship the items back using the returns portal
Why are return shipping fees charged?
As a premium brand, we are continually evaluating our return processes so they are as hassle-free as possible. While return shipping fees help cover costs associated with international returns and order processing, we are always listening to feedback on this matter and will update our policy when we can better serve you.
