• Fast Dispatch: We work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the most up to date information.

• Trusted Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments are tracked for your peace of mind.

• International Duties and Taxes: We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the EU and US, meaning all import duties and taxes are paid at checkout. This ensures there are no unexpected charges upon delivery. Due to recent changes in US trade policy, all orders to the United States are now subject to duties, which are calculated and included in your total at checkout. You may be required to pay additional charges. No duty paid is refundable.

• Clarity on Other Countries: For all other countries, customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes.

• Royal Mail have recently updated their service, whereby all orders are opted in to allow delivery to a Safe Place. If you do not want your parcel delivering to a Safe Place, please download the Royal Mail app and 'OPT OUT' for future deliveries. You can also specify your preferred Safe Place on the Royal Mail app
• Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, we have had to apply a temporary surcharge to all shipments in the region. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
