JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Cole Buxton. As a rapidly growing brand in the sportswear industry, we're dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers. We are looking for someone to help us elevate and promote our brand on social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Curate high-quality content including images, videos, and captions that align with our brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to optimise content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms, including their features, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop compelling content and interpret data to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sportswear and a genuine interest in staying connected with the latest trends in the industry.

SALES ASSISTANT - SELFRIDGES (Full-Time, London)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing outstanding customer service and generating sales
  • Maintain, price and display items for sale

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Full-Time, West London)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Development Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Development team by handling various administrative tasks. This position requires an organised, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively, and contribute to the department's efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Development team, including booking and prepping for meetings, managing specifications, handling shipments, and assisting with seasonal activities.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors on shipments, track and
    monitor deliveries of samples to ensure timely arrival. Building excellent supplier
    relationships.
  • Garment Spec Assistance: Support the Product Development team with
    garment spec management, including maintaining accurate records, measuring
    samples and supporting in fit sessions.
  • Critical Path Maintenance: Proactively maintain the critical path,
    demonstrating extensive knowledge of key deadlines.
  • PO Management: Oversee and maintain POs, ensuring all records
    are kept up to date.
  • Sample Management: Organise and archive all samples, swatches, and
    raw materials in the studio.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist the Product Development team in liaising
    with cross-functional teams on sample deliveries and resolving any arising
    issues.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the brand creative team to ensure all
    shoot samples are provided on time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • Prior experience in Product Development or Buying is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Proficient in handling large volumes of data entry with complete accuracy
  • Capable of operating with flexibility, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset
  • A keen interest in fashion
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Illustrator is advantageous
